Any sane, financially able, adult Muslim resident of Karnataka may apply. Applicants must hold a valid passport with sufficient validity as prescribed in the Haj Policy.

A valid passport, passport-size photographs, proof of residence in Karnataka, and a medical fitness certificate as specified in the yearly guidelines.

The fare is paid in installments — an initial application amount followed by balance payments before the deadline notified each year.

Yes, subject to conditions in the Haj Policy — minors must travel with an eligible mehram, and senior citizens may be given preference under applicable quotas.
